Metal Stampings and Prototype Models

Quality control is a key component to our success at Prototype & Short-Run Services, Inc. We use a top-of-the-line Deltronic video comparator for close-tolerance inspection. Our process enables us to check dimension down to five decimal places. An SPC is also available upon request.

Prototype & Short Run Services is continually refining the manufacturing process. We employ consistent quality control to guarantee all our metal stampings and prototyping parts, from precision springs to specialty washers, to a wide variety of prototype models. Computers control the formation of these delicate parts, down to a thickness of .0008”. There is no question about the quality of workmanship and the consistency of the product at Prototype & Short-Run Services, Inc. We will not part with any new part, unless it is perfect.
